Post a new topicby livingwith on Thu Jan 10, 2008 1:17 am

My father lived through years of gout pain in one foot which greatly interfered with his quality of life and ability to get around easily. Gout is a painful condition caused by the build-up of sharp, uric acid crystals in joints. While diet isn't the root cause of all cases of gout - kidney problems are also a major contributor - eating certain foods and avoiding others can help reduce the frequency of attacks and their severity. . Try to treat gout pain through instant gout relief. You can even try home remedies using products which are already available in your home. The advantage with trying natural home remedies for gout pain relief is that most of the time there won't be any side effects. Another advantage is that there won't be too much costs involved in such natural treatments.
