Undiagnosed Conditions

So I went on a week long honey moon 6 months... And to put it nicely, we had so much sex the skin on my penis seemed to thin and got to the point of bleeding in some areas. Every week skin heals over the redest areas on my penis. It either rips when my penis becomes erect, or it flakes off by itself after a few days.

This process has been going on for 6 months and I honestly don't see it getting better yet.... Help =/
