Hi!

I've been having this problem since always and it goes like this: the meatus of the penis hurts if it is touched during ejaculation, either by the vaginal walls or by anything else. I also experience pain in the meatus when it is in erection and wet, for example in the shower, but the pain has a lower intensity. I have this pain only when the meatus is touched, not the rest of the glans. I've met an urologist, but he doesn't know how to solve the problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Im 57 I now have advance prostrate cancer, but I had this pain when I once had benign prostatic hyperplasia, or hypertrophy BHP. because of this I was told it was comeing from my prostate I went on saw palmetto and high dose of vitamin C 2g ever 8 hours with in week or so it seem to fix it up. cheers Ray
