Please go see a nephrenologist as soon as you can. Regular GP's and Urologist don't recognize all the symptoms of kidney problems. The longer the problem the more chance of permanent damage.
I have been sick for almost 7mos. Saw tons of doctors and had a gazilion tests but no diagnosis. Saw a nephrenologist last week and he asked what prep I used for a routine colonoscopy a week before my problems started. It was Osmoprep and has been flagged by the FDA for causing kidney problems and sometimes renal failure. No one else thought there was a connection between the colonoscopy and my repeat low grade kidney infections. I kept getting sicker with left flank pain, anemia, started having hypertension and feel sick all the time. I'm on a medical leave now. I hope they can turn this around.
