somking cessation

Hello - do you have smoking cessation my personal experience is . doctor must gauge your blood pressure that doctor must let you using the propranolol tablet if you have of the required number, eat propranolol tablet 5milli one tablet in the morning one tablet after non during four days (you can use instead that drug in generic name another one) after this time cut using drug and chew nicotine gum in 20 tablet and use ordinary gum every day instead smoking
