I QUIT SMOKING

I FIND THAT IM OVER EMOTIONAL AND VERY SNAPPY STILL,THIS IS REAL HARD BUT IM DOING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME!I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE CRAZY,PSYCHOTIC MOOD SWINGS!I HAVE 45 DAYS TODAY BUT IM STILL A B@#CH!

When I stopped smoking, I too was snappy. At first it surprised me.
I walk. It sound silly, maybe even a bit crazy. I just walk.
It makes me think of the day, keeps the stress and depression
down. I don't know, all I know is that it makes me feel less
snappy and my moods are less like a roller coaster. Feel

Joseph... The website quitnet.com may be of interest to you. It is dedicated to people in the midst of quitting tobacco. You are not alone. Many people have decided to end tobacco. It is an excellent idea on so many levels. All the best in your endeavor.
