radiation induced skin cancer inside of breast

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1997. A lumpectomy and 33 days of radiation ensued. It is now 2009 and I have been told that I have squamous cell skin cancer behind my scar tissue. Has anyone else had this prognosis??? Now what do I do???
