I have just completed my second round of chemotherapy ( Dartmouth Protocol ). About 3 days after this last treatment I experienced severe chest pains ( three episodes in about 30 minutes ). I was subsequently scanned.electrocardiogramed , tested for lung edema, all blood tests etc. None of the tests provided an answer to what had happened or caused the chest pains (middle of sternun). I am going in for a third session of chemo and wonder whether anyone has experienced similar side effects. I am 45 years old generally quite fit , and I have been able to continue working on a regular schedule except for the days when the Chemo is administered.
