Kidney Infection/Kidney Stones/ Shingles

Post a new topicby amylee_04 on Sat Aug 04, 2007 4:42 pm

I am 21 years old and had kidney infection 2 years ago. I've been doing well since then except any cuts I get take a long time to heal and the scars hurt at times. Three weeks ago I went back into the doctor to discover I have kidney infection again and a few kidney stones Now, just last week, a rash started developing on my back and it turns out I have very painful, itchy shingles. Is there anything I can do to help make my immune system stronger or what I can do to avoid this in the future? I am hoping to have children soon and would like to be healthy.
