my shingles began on april 15th and the pain continues into august. i went thru 3 doctors until i got a pain specialist to help me. i have never experienced pain of this type and duration. i am presently taking oxycotin, oxycodone, neurotin, ambien,lidoderm patches,zostrix cream, amitriptyline, lyrica with little relief.
