Rash

I've had an itchy rash on my buttocks for about 4 months!
It was barely noticeable at first, just a small red patch, but now it has grown and is also bumpy. I've been using hydrocortizone cream to ease the itching, but I'd really just like to make it go away. I also recently had rash spots on my hand that were itchy and also dry with bumps on the edges. However, those went away. Anyhow, like may people I don't have medical insurance and so i'm looking for alternative solutions to diagnosing and solving this problem. Thanks for reading.

I just posted, so if u might want to read it for more details. My rash started on my butt check, and spread to my groin and arm pits. Read post for more info. If you find something that works, pls let me know.
