Moles

I am currently under the sunbeds. i usually go under them 3 times a week. i have a mole underneath my arm. when going upder the sunbed i always cover it with a plaster as i do all the moles i have, however my mole to me doesnt look like a typical mole its quite deformed i think but as far as i remember it was always like that . however around the mole it looks to me like there are blackheads spot like however they are not spots ?
Please Help im concerned
