Moles

I have a lot of moles y seem to increase as I get older. I seem to have several different types also. Some red, some more brown, I have some appear to be bly attached. I told those were called skin tags. Some of se brown some flesh colored. most part y don't bor me much. However, I do have some on my face neck I would like removed. Is possible? I have some very tiny skin tag type around my eyes a red mole on my ehead I hate to see. Any suggestions? Thanks

The red spots are called cherry angiomas. THey are not moles. All adults get them. THey can be burned off by a dermatologist. THe tags can easily be snipped off.
