DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MOLE AND BIRTHMARK

is difference? Birthmarks also contain Melanocytes like moles? 's makes pigment in birthmark? Please help im confused.

Birthmark implies that it is actually present at birth. Most people refer to all their moles as birthmarks, but most moles are acquired during childhood. You can have a mole that is present from birth and so is both a mole and a birthmark. You can have a different growth present at birth which is not a mole but a birthmark. A mole is also called a nevus. It is composed microscopically of mole cells, called melanocytes. Sometimes they are brown, sometimes blue and sometimes normal skin toned.
