The Spread of Fungal Infection

It is apparently evident that my body chemistry does not discourage fungal infection I suspect it is because my body has a slightly lower acid rating, acid being contraindicative to fungi.
My story is that just before 40 years of age, I started long distance running. As I occasionally participated in distant sites, I showered and dressed in the local gymnasium.
