Eczema

I have had eczema since I was born pretty much. I have tried everthing in the world from creams to nutmeg.I havent been able to wear a skirt or a bathing suit anywhere because of my scars all over my legs and arms. It really hurts to be made fun of or asked what is on my arms. I need something that I can do at home with the stuff that I have at home. I dont want to pay for any creams or lotions. I just want to mix something up in my house. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!
