Eczema

My baby is 1. She has severe eczema, mostly on her feet, ankles and legs. She rubs her feet on the carpet and whatever else she can due to the itching. Now, her poor little ankles are raw from it and it looks like there may be some swelling...is swelling normal with eczema???
