I have seborrheic dermatitus of the scalp and have heard that it my be caused by a fungal infection Can I use anti-fungal cream like that used on the feet for foot fungis on the scalp?

I suppose so. Usually an antifungal shampoo (Nizoral) is prescribed. There is not a direct cause and effect between fundus and seborrhea, but fungus medicines seem to help.
