Broke out with red, dry, blistery patches on one eye lid; never use soap on my face - only facial wash towelettes. Tried Olay brand and that’s when it started. The biggest relief I get on the small patches is “the medicine in the jar” Vasoline. Can’t slick up during the day, but really coat the areas at night and it almost totally relieves it. I eliminated all things from my eyes (mascara, eye shadow, etc.) then reintroduced.
