Post a new topicby livingwith on Mon Sep 22, 2008 1:45 pm

Hi, I woke up one morning 5 years ago when I was 28, two months after giving birth to my 2nd child and thought I had a stroke when I looked in the mirror. I had never heard of Bell’s Palsy. Mine was exactly the same as yours, only my daughter was 6 months old and I was 29. I woke up and noticed I couldn't brush my teeth. I panicked , I thought I was having a stroke because I had never heard of Bell's Palsy. My Doctor said it could have had something to do with a virus, stress had also something to do with it. My husband and I just separated when I was 6 months pregnant and I was going thru a lot. I was also diagnosed with P.U.P.P.S after my daughter was born (a rash to the body, that starts on stretch marks). I got better within 3 weeks, so I wish everyone that is going thru this the best of luck.
