Bell's Palsy

I woke up on sunday Oct 12th and today is the 18th no improvement more pain in behind my ear and on the whole right side I am on an antiviral medication and advil extra strength for the pain and immflamation I have been off work for a week I work in retail but not sure if I should just go back to get out and not worry my concern right now is the pain it is getting worse so not too haooy about that
