It will fl up be a huge, swollen painful sore, after a week or so, it will go down, it never fully goes away, like re is a cyst or something still re. It is very, very painful when it fls up, like my whole chin is a painful lesion or something, i've tired to pop it bee, it just makes it worse, all it does it discrete water, becomes a bigger sore. How can I make go away ever?

First, you can try an over the counter homeopathic acne remedy, such as Nature's Cure or Loma Lux. If that doesn't help, try getting a prescription for an antibiotic, such as tetracycline, for a few months. If that doesn't work, you may consider Accutane.

Why not visit a dermatologist at his clinic. Maybe you could benefit from a dermatologist taking off the sac of your acne cyst.

Acne cysts do not have sacs like other cysts. But if you do not improve, than a visit to the dermatologist is definitely recommended.
