I HAD SEVERE ACNE HAS A TEEN MANY YEARS AGO AND HAVE DEEP SCARRING..I NOW HAVE THE MEANS TO TRY AND ALLIEVIATE THE SCARS...WHAT IS MY BEST OPTION AND WILL IT WORK ON DEEP ICE PICK LIKE SCARRRING.

I assume you mean on your face. The two "strongest" options are laser resurfacing and dermabrasion (not microdermabrasion). These are deep methods of resurfacing the skin. Basically the deeper you go, the more you eradicate the scars. Deep ice pick scars will minimize with this technique, other scars may be eliminated entirely. Good luck and also, get more than one opinion.
