Hey all, so I was wondering if anyone has ever had cortisone injections for severe cyst-like acne on their face? The reason I'm asking is that I received these injections about 3-4 years ago and after I stopped receiving those injections as my acne got milder, there has been hair growth on my face. I don't know if it's from the injections or the medications I used to use. Is local hair growth (as in the sides of the face) supposed to happen from cortisone injections?? I also use Retin-A Micro, but I've been using that for years and no new growth has happened since the initial growth so I want to guess that Retin-A is not the issue. If cortisone injections IS the issue, is the hair growth permanent or temporary? I used to never have hair on my face and was wondering if this is just an initial reaction from the series of injections I received or if it is now permanent. Please let me know as soon as you can!!
