Acne

I have tried almost every acne medicine there is and nothing has helped. Recentley someone told me that aloe helps so I bought an aloe plant. Does it really help And if so how do I use it?

Aloe acts like a natural anti-inflammatory. I do not typically use it for acne. Let me know if it works. Tryp applying 2-3 times a day.
