Acne

I had a small pimple like bump on my chin that started to itch terribly. When I rubbed my chin the bump became swollen and began to seap clear liquid...like a skin abrasion. Is this an acne cyst? What can I do to relieve the itchy feeling and help the area to heal faster? Also I've only been off accutane for 3 months now, does this mean the procedure was not effective?

First of all, it does not mean Accutane was not effective. It could be an acne cyst or pimple. I recommend applying aloe vera gel and a little hydrocortisone 1% cream for a few days to help with the itch. You can also try tea tree oil.
